  • Job Context

    Civisity Foundation is hosting the Sarathi Selection Summit, a leadership drive to appoint dedicated individuals as Panchayat Coordinators (Sarathis). A Sarathi is a community leader who bridges the gap between rural residents and essential digital services, driving both social impact and local economic growth.

  • Job Responsibility

    As a Sarathi, you will be responsible for three core pillars of rural development:

    • Digital Banking (BC): Act as a Business Correspondent to provide Aadhaar-enabled payments, deposits, and withdrawals at the village level.
    • Digital Wholesale (Sales Associate): Onboard local retailers to a digital wholesale platform, helping them source inventory at better prices.
    • Social Leadership: Coordinate Civisity Foundation’s social welfare projects and awareness drives within your designated Panchayat.

  • Educational Requirement

    Minimum Intermediate (12th Pass) or equivalent; graduates in Social Work or Rural Development preferred.

  • Experience Requirement

    Experience and Fresher both are most welcome.

  • Additional Requirement

    • Residency: Must be a permanent resident of the target Panchayat to ensure local influence and accessibility.
    • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using smartphones and basic digital reporting tools is mandatory.
    • Documentation: Candidates must provide original and self-attested copies of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Passbook.

  • Others Benefits

    REVENUE 
    • Banking Commissions (BC Role): Earn a fixed commission per transaction for Aadhaar-enabled payments (AePS), cash withdrawals, deposits, and bill payments (Electricity, DTH, Mobile).
    • Wholesale Margins (Sales Associate): Earn a percentage or flat fee for every order placed by a village retailer (Kirana store) through the Digital Wholesale platform.
    • Onboarding Incentives: One-time payments for registering new merchants or opening new bank accounts in the Panchayat.
